Brad Diamond, Executive Director


Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from Weber State University and has enjoyed working with Legacy Retirement Communities in several different roles at our sister-community, Legacy House of Bountiful. Living the Personal Touch Culture comes easily to Brad as he cares for residents and associates each day. Brad and his wife Brianna enjoy spending time outdoors, riding their horses and traveling.

Deanna Seager, Marketing Director


A proud Weber State University graduate and self-confessed “military brat,” Deanna calls Legacy House of Ogden "home" as that is where she first started working for Legacy as a nurse aide. Deanna has also served as an Activity Assistant, Dining Room Server, Community Relations Director and was the Marketing Director and our sister-community Legacy House of Bountiful prior to her current role here in Ogden. Her favorite quote is, “Be yourself, everyone else is taken.” She believes that there is good in everything and that life is a journey to discover. She loves working with residents, their families, the community’s staff and the community. In her spare time, Deanna enjoys photography, camping and experiencing all that nature has to offer.

Michelle Archuleta, Assistant Administrator


Michelle supervises the nurse aides and assures compliance with all resident service plans. She is a Certified Nurse Assistant, and has been involved with patient care at Legacy House of Ogden since 2002. She worked as a CNA for 3½ years before being promoted to Assistant Administrator in July 2004. Michelle's team appreciates her and knows that anything she asks of them, she would do or has done herself. Michelle is a great leader. Michelle was raised in Layton, Utah and is an avid runner and golfer.

Janet Trevino, Administrative Assistant


Before joining Legacy House of Ogden, Janet worked as a manager in clothing and cosmetics sales. She also was a Certified Nursing Assistant at a care center. Since joining the staff at Legacy House of Ogden, Janet has served as a Recreation Assistant and ran their resident 1:1 program. In her current position as Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for personnel management, payroll, administrative accounts payable and running the administrative office. Originally from California, Janet enjoys being outdoors, singing and participating in Kempo Karate. Janet and her husband are the proud parents of two darling girls and a handsome son.

Tiffanie Wintle, RN--Resident Care Coord.


Tiffanie is responsible for coordinating the health and medical care of Legacy House of Ogden residents. She received her associates degree from Weber State University and later became a licensed, Registered Nurse. She has worked for several Legacy House communities, including communities in St. George and Bountiful. Tiffanie is orginally from St. George, Utah, but now lives in West Haven. Tiffanie enjoys scrapbooking, running and spending time with her family.

Kelly Mayo, Dining Services Director


Born and raised in Utah, Kelly began working in the food industry when she was just 16 years old. She started her career at Legacy House of Ogden in 2000 as a receptionist and server in the dining room. In 2002, Kelly put on an apron, started cooking and has never looked back. In 2003, Kelly was promoted to Dining Services Director. Loving both the residents and her dining team is key to Kelly's success. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever possible.

Julie Hill, Activity Director


Julie was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. Prior to joining the Legacy House of Ogden team, Julie worked 25 years for the Internal Revenue Service. She then spent four years working for the Weber School District. In 2014, Julie decided that work should be fun and joined Legacy House of Ogden's recreation department. Julie loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys gardening, reading and dancing.

Michelle Maycock, Housekeeping Supervisor


Prior to joining the Legacy staff, Michelle worked at Ogden Regional Hospital. She has been with Legacy House of Ogden since it opened in 2000. Michelle oversees the housekeeping team at Legacy House. Always a friend to our residents, Michelle is a recipient of the Utah Assisted Living Association, annual Hero Award. This honor recognizes only the "best of the best" in the state of Utah. Originally from Reno, Nevada, Michelle enjoys reading, movies and animals.

Skyler Hincks, Maintenance Director


Skyler has a fun loving personality. He’s always willing to help wherever he can. Our residents love his enthusiasm for his job, because he always shows up with a smile on his face. Skyler has a true love for the outdoors, recently starting a new adventure with archery hunting. He loves football, basketball and disk golf. He has worked for Legacy since 2011.
