Clint Barney, Executive Director


Clint was born in Ogden and raised in Layton, Utah. An alumni from Weber State University, Clint graduated with his bachelor’s degree in health administration with an emphasis in long-term care, finishing with departmental honors. Clint is honored to be a member the inaugural class of the Diversity Executive Leadership program hosted by the Agency for Health Care Administration and National Center for Assisted Living. Clint is married to the love of his life and together they have two beautiful twins. In his spare time, Clint enjoys going on walks with family, playing board games, and attending sporting events.

Kaisa Bradley, Sales & Marketing Director


Kaisa graduated from Weber State University in Public Relations. She was searching out an advertising agency to work for when she accidently got a job working with older adults. She fell in love with the people and their stories and hasn’t looked back! History is one of her passions and Kaisa loves hearing the stories of the residents she serves. Kaisa sets out each day to make a difference in a resident or family's lives. Passions outside of work include spending time with her husband, exploring new adventures, having family dinners with her three boys (and their girls) and trying to manage her puppies.

Michelle Archuleta, Assistant Administrator


Michelle was born and raised in Layton, Utah. She first joined Legacy House of Ogden as a Certified Nursing Aide in 2002. After three years, she was promoted to Assistant Administrator. Michelle leads by example and is always willing to jump in and lend a helping hand. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the wonderful residents at Legacy and values the many relationships she's built in her time here. She is passionate about ensuring each resident receives the highest quality care. In her spare time, she enjoys being active and is an avid runner and golfer.

Liana Jacobs, Administrative Assistant


Liana grew up in San Antonio, Texas, but has called Utah home since 2002. She first began working as a Certified Nursing Aide in 2008 and fell in love with the senior population. Since then, the majority of her experience has been in assisted living communities, and she went on to get her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Weber State University. Liana is happily married and has three wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys window shopping with her husband, grilling in the summertime, and going for walks with her family.

Tiffanie Wintle, RN, Resident Care Coordinator


Tiffanie received her associate's degree from Weber State University and later became a licensed Registered Nurse. Her passion is working with seniors. Before joining the Legacy House of Ogden team, she served in several other Legacy communities, including those in St. George and Bountiful. Tiffanie always comes back to Legacy because she loves their Personal Touch Culture and the connections it allows her to make with residents and families. In her free time, Tiffanie enjoys scrapbooking, running, and spending time with her family.

Rusty Perry, Dining Services Director


Rusty was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. After spending time living in Texas and North Carolina, Rusty is glad to be back in Utah. He has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry and studied business management. Rusty joins Legacy House of Ogden from sister community Legacy House of Park Lane, and previously ran his own catering business. He is passionate about cooking and loves meeting new people. Rusty is married and has four children. He enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, exploring, or anything on the water. He is a big Philadelphia Eagles fan!

Tena Larsen, Recreation Director


Tena was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, but has lived most of her life in Utah. She attended beauty school while still in high school and has been a beautician for 29 years. She started doing hair in nursing homes and realized how much she loved working with the senior population. She was asked to assist with activities at one of the facilities she worked in and has never looked back! Tena attended school to receive her Therapeutic Recreational Technician Certificate and is excited to serve the residents of Legacy House! When not at work, Tena enjoys spending time with family.

Michelle Maycock, Housekeeping Director


A true Legacy veteran, Michelle has been with Legacy House of Ogden since it opened in 2000. Michelle loves connecting with Legacy residents through good housekeeping. She is a recipient of the Utah Assisted Living Association's annual Hero Award, an honor that recognizes only the "best of the best" in the state of Utah. Before joining the Legacy team, Michelle worked at Ogden Regional Hospital. Michelle is originally from Reno, Nevada. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching movies, spending time with animals, and being with family.

Doug Blickfeldt, Maintenance Director


Although he was born in Texas, Doug has considered Utah home since he was young. His career started in home construction and diesel mechanics, before he was offered a Structural Engineering Technician position at Hill Air Force Base, where he worked for 35 years. Doug loves Legacy House of Ogden because of the bonds, friendship, and trust he’s formed with residents and coworkers. In his spare time, Doug loves spending time with his wife and six children, spoiling his grandchildren, golfing, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and exploring new places.

Kristen McAdams, COTA, ONR Director of Rehabilitation


Kristen is the ONR Director of Rehabilitation for Legacy House of Ogden. She graduated from Brown Mackie University with an Associate's Degree in occupational therapy. Kristen enjoys working with all ages, but has a passion for working with older adults. Her goal is to keep the residents at Legacy House of Ogden happy, healthy, and independent. Kristen is originally from north Georgia, and moved to Utah in 2020. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and hiking in the beautiful outdoors.
