Kyle Markisich, Executive Director

Prior to joining the team at Legacy House of Ogden, Kyle helped our sister-company, Aspire Home Health & Hospice, with company start-up and marketing efforts and served as the Resident Services Director at Legacy Retirement Residence. More recently, he worked as the Marketing Director at Legacy House of South Jordan. He believes in doing the right thing for the right reason. Kyle also believes that doing the right thing must be made a habit so that when tough decisions need to be made, the decision becomes easy. He loves working at Legacy because there is something special about the staff and residents working together to help each other find fulfillment and happiness. He enjoys running, reading and spending time with his family.

D'Lynn Wayment, Marketing Director

D`Lynn chose caring for the elderly because of an experience she had in junior high at a nursing home that impacted her emotionally. Because of what she witnessed, she knew right then that she wanted to advocate for seniors. D`Lynn knows, this is her calling in life. Through her years of experience, and being at Legacy House of Ogden since 2001, she has grown attached to those she serves. D'Lynn is passionate about her career. It is a way of life for her and brings her great joy. D'Lynn and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters. As a family, they enjoy many outdoor activities. In the summer, they can be found on their boat or in the garden. In the winter, you can find them chasing the powder on their snowmobiles. D'Lynn is an avid archery hunter; she loves the mountains and the solitude archery brings.

Michelle Archuleta, Assistant Administrator

Michelle supervises the nurse aides and assures compliance with all resident service plans. She is a Certified Nurse Assistant, and has been involved with patient care at Legacy House of Ogden since 2002. She worked as a CNA for 3½ years before being promoted to Assistant Administrator in July 2004. Michelle's team appreciates her and knows that anything she asks of them, she would do or has done herself. Michelle is a great leader. Michelle was raised in Layton, Utah and is an avid runner and golfer.

Janet Trevino, Administrative Assistant

Before joining Legacy House of Ogden, Janet worked as a manager in clothing and cosmetics sales. She also was a Certified Nursing Assistant at a care center. Since joining the staff at Legacy House of Ogden, Janet has served as a Recreation Assistant and ran their resident 1:1 program. In her current position as Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for personnel management, payroll, administrative accounts payable and running the administrative office. Originally from California, Janet enjoys being outdoors, singing and participating in Kempo Karate. Janet and her husband are the proud parents of two darling girls.

Tiffanie Wintle, RN--Resident Care Coord.

Tiffanie is responsible for coordinating the health and medical care of Legacy House of Ogden residents. She received her associates degree from Weber State University and later became a licensed, Registered Nurse. She has worked for several Legacy House communities, including communities in St. George and Bountiful. Tiffanie is orginally from St. George, Utah, but now lives in West Haven. Tiffanie enjoys scrapbooking, running and spending time with her family.

Kelly Mayo, Dining Services Director

Born and raised in Utah, Kelly began working in the food industry when she was just 16 years old. She started her career at Legacy House of Ogden in 2000 as a receptionist and server in the dining room. In 2002, Kelly put on an apron, started cooking and has never looked back. In 2003, Kelly was promoted to Dining Services Director. Loving both the residents and her dining team is key to Kelly's success. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever possible.

Julie Hill, Activity Director

Julie was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. Prior to joining the Legacy House of Ogden team, Julie worked 25 years for the Internal Revenue Service. She then spent four years working for the Weber School District. In 2014, Julie decided that work should be fun and joined Legacy House of Ogden's recreation department. Julie loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoys gardening, reading and dancing.

Michelle Maycock, Housekeeping Supervisor

Prior to joining the Legacy staff, Michelle worked at Ogden Regional Hospital. She has been with Legacy House of Ogden since it opened in 2000. Michelle oversees the housekeeping team at Legacy House. Always a friend to our residents, Michelle is a recipient of the Utah Assisted Living Association, annual Hero Award. This honor recognizes only the "best of the best" in the state of Utah. Originally from Reno, Nevada, Michelle enjoys reading, movies and animals.

Skyler Hincks, Maintenance Director

Skyler has a fun loving personality. He’s always willing to help wherever he can. Our residents love his enthusiasm for his job, because he always shows up with a smile on his face. Skyler has a true love for the outdoors, recently starting a new adventure with archery hunting. He loves football, basketball and disk golf. He has worked for Legacy since 2011.
